Sarah Lehrer-Graiwer’s (MA 07 Criticism and Theory) article in Artforum, Class Dismissed: A Roundtable on Art School, USC, and Cooper Union, examines tuition-free or fully funded art education at USC’s Roski School of Art and Design in Los Angeles and Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York, while reflecting upon the Black Mountain College model.
