It’s pretty quiet (and extremely hot!) here on campus today as we are in the first week of break. But what a busy past few weeks it’s been, culminating in Saturday’s Graduation and Graduation Show! Enjoy some photos documenting campus life from the last week:

Art Center, it’s Week 14, and you know what that means—a busy week culminating in Graduation on Saturday. Rest up and prepare for:

  • Wednesday, August 18, 7 pm: Art Center at Night Open House (South Campus)
  • Thursday, August 19, 5 pm: Graduation Show Preview (invitation only)
  • Saturday, August 21, 2:30 pm: Faculty Reception (faculty, special guests and College leadership)
  • Saturday, August 21, 4 pm: Spring Term Graduation (Hillside Campus, and webcast live)
  • Saturday, August 21, 6 pm: Graduation Show (Hillside Campus)

It’s going to be a jam-packed week. Don’t worry—there’s still time to sneak in a nap before the fun begins!

Almost Time for Grad Show!

We caught Illustration student Brian Wade Scott preparing for Friday’s Graduation Show. He’s not the only one—the halls are bustling with activity as graduating students from all disciplines prepare to show their work at Art Center’s Fall Term Graduation Show, this Friday from 7 to 10 pm.

Art Center’s Graduation Show is a wonderful opportunity to visit the College and be inspired by the talent and passion of our students. This free event is open to the public, and includes free parking at the Rose Bowl. Park at the Rose Bowl, Lot K. Free shuttle service from the Rose Bowl to Hillside Campus begins at 6:45 pm.
