It’s that time of month again. Time, that is, to catch up on the creative undertakings Art Center’s talented diaspora of alums have been plotting, planning, pitching, prototyping, publishing, publicizing, producing and plying. And that’s just the p’s.

Zhenya Gershman (MFA 01 Art) is working on a book and TV series on Rembrandt and recently wrote an article for The Huffington Post: “7 Keys to Rembrandt’s Secret.” Huffington Post

Exhibitions
Works by Aaron Curry (MFA 05 Art) and Art Center Faculty member Benjamin Weissman are featured in “CHERUB,” a group exhibition at newly opened 2nd Cannons project space in Los Angeles. March 22nd – May 10th. 2nd Cannons
Anna Serrano (BFA 08 Illustration) is exhibiting a serigraph created in collaboration with Self Help Graphics in LACMA’s Fútbol: The Beautiful Game, an exhibition at Los Angeles County Museum of Art. The exhibition closes on July 20th. LACMA
Olivia Barrionuevo (BFA 07 Photography) exhibited her photographs in the group show, ‘Mujeres de luz y de sombra’ at Avenue 50 Studio in Los Angeles. March 8th – April 5th. Avenue 50 Studio
Crowdfunding
Bart Vandever (MFA 2011 Film) is raising funds for a revenge/heist film, starring Michael Madsen of Reservoir Dogs as George Fitzgerald, a corrupt real estate mogul. Kickstarter
